Please note: To maintain our streamlined logistics, we do not accept PayPal, cheques, or bank transfers.

2. Pricing, Currency & VAT

All financial transactions on our store are conducted in British Pounds (GBP).

VAT Included: Every price displayed on VEODRA is inclusive of 20% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Total Transparency: The price you see in your cart is the final amount. There are no additional transaction fees or surcharges added by us.

3. Industry-Leading Security

Your financial data is protected by the highest level of online security. VEODRA is hosted on the Shopify platform, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

SSL Encryption: Our site uses 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This automatically "scrambles" your sensitive data (like card numbers and passwords) during transmission so it remains inaccessible to unauthorized parties.
Data Integrity: We do not have access to, nor do we store, your full credit card information. We only receive the billing/shipping details necessary to fulfill your order and the last four digits of your card for identification.

4. Billing Verification and Timing

Immediate Charging: Your chosen payment method will be charged at the moment your order is successfully placed.
Fraud Protection: To protect our customers, all orders undergo an automated verification process. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that appears unauthorized or fraudulent.

5. Transaction Issues and Refunds

If your payment is unsuccessful, please ensure your billing address matches your card's registered address and that you have sufficient funds available.

Refunds:
All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 7 days after inspection.
